All participants have to fill in the indemnity form and bring it during the race kit collection. Race kits will NOT be distributed if the indemnity form has not been filled in.

ABOUNT US

The beginnings of Kelab Roadrunners Ipoh (KRI) can be traced back to the time in the early 1980’s when a group of cavalier young men and women in Ipoh met regularly to run together as a leisure pursuit, and found immense health and social benefits from the activity. Their passion and commitment led to the formation of KRI in 1988; with the primary objection of promoting running as a fitness activity among the community of Ipoh. Since then it has grown from strength to strength to become the premier running club in Perak, and now works in collaboration with Perak Cycling Club to also promote cycling as a complementary sport. KRI is today widely recognized and highly respected as The organizer of major race events in Perak. With more than 20 years of experience in race planning, organization and management, KRI is outsourced by organizations throughout the state to organize all manner of running and (of late) cycling events, from company runs to large scale races, providing valuable support services and input to ensure every event is a success for organizer, sponsor and participant alike. TERMS and REGULATIONS OF CENTURY RIDE MALAYSIA

TERMS & REGULATIONS

-All participants are required to complete the Online Registration entry form with accurate and correct information. Incorrect or incomplete information will not be entertained.

-Paticipants who completed the Online Registration entry form agreed to abide by the rules and regulations of the event that has been signed up.

-The Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any entries without prior notice.

-Once the registration is being processed, there will be no refund for those who fail to show up for the race and/or withdraw from it.

-The race registration will only confirm when full payment of the entry fee has been made.

-Any dispute or protest against another participant or any violation in the Event shall be made in writing to the Organizer within 30 minutes of her/his finish time. A deposit of RM100 must be accompanied with the appropriate protest form will be redunded if the protest is successful.

-The Organizer reserves the right to use any photographs or recordings of the participants for any commercial or advertising purposes without prior notice.

-The Race Director/Organizing Committee decision is final.

-All participants should pick up their Race Kits and Goodie Bag on the On-Site Race Registration Day which has been designated. Those who are unable to collect their Race Kits on that day, have to inform the Organizer in advance.

-All participants are required to attend the Race Briefing conducted by the Organizer.

-All participants must ensure that their race numbers are clearly visible at bike post.

-A participant may be disqualified for the following reason(s):

(a) Refusing to follow the rules and regulations and /or instructions given by the Organizer and/or Race Officials.

(b) Consumption of alcohol, stimulants or any kind of prohibited drugs 24 hours before the race.

-Any participants decided to withdraw from the race should report to the Race Officials.
